Fair Registration Practices Reports

The Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC) requires regulated professions to submit reports about their registration practices and their compliance with the provisions for fair access to regulated professions provided in the Health Professions Procedural Code (the Code) set out in Schedule 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act.

Fair Registration Practices Reports are public information and are available by March 30 of each year.

Note:  The OFC has extended the deadline for the 2021 report until Fall 2022.
