General Certificate
The individual has met all of the requirements for the issuance of a General certificate of registration as set out in Ontario Regulation 21/12, the College’s by-laws and policies and:
- Is eligible to engage in active professional practice in Ontario during the registration year;
- Has professional liability insurance coverage of at least $2,000,000.00 per claim;
- Has paid an annual fee;
- Must provide 750 hours of patient care or related work every three years; and
- Must participate in CASLPO’s Quality Assurance Program, which includes maintaining an up-to-date Self Assessment Tool, collecting Continuous Learning Activity Credits and Peer Assessment.
